TRANSFORMATION X² represents an innovative socio-economic intervention designed to resolve the mismatch between qualified women unable to take full-time rigid roles and employers facing talent shortages. By addressing both supply and demand simultaneously, the project ensures sustainable, dignified, and productive employment.

- Formulation of flexible models (job-sharing, 60–80% capacity).
- Training direct supervisors in Management by Outcomes.
