The Challenge: Systemic Barriers & Unused Potential

Tens of thousands of educated, skilled women face immense structural hurdles when attempting to re-enter the workforce after maternity or parental leave:

Our Approach: Pillar A of Social Innovation

Within our flagship social innovation project (Project TRANSFORMATION X²), we deliver a comprehensive 5-stage development trajectory for participants:

1. Self-Reflection & LQ

Decompressing internalized societal pressure. Reconnecting with innate competence, values, and professional identity through formative self-assessment.

2. Competence Mapping

Identifying transferable skills acquired during family care (multitasking, conflict resolution, crisis management) and formulating a modern portfolio.

3. Individual Mentoring

One-on-one sessions with senior HR professionals and accredited coaches to prepare for interviews, salary negotiations, and boundary setting.

4. Peer Support Circles

Safe, non-judgmental cohort circles providing mutual encouragement, networking, and collective problem-solving.

Piloting in Practice: Project TRANSFORMATION X²

Our pilot initiative bridges both sides of the labor market — combining individual support for women with direct job redesign for employers.
